Upon registration and in subsequent interaction with the product, Travel Coalition collects mandatory information such as your User Name, Password, primary email address, and password hint question and answer. In the course of using the product and in furtherance of your requested transactions, Travel Coalition may also require data such as a credit card, billing address, time zone, telephone numbers and other methods of notification such as SMS and fax. Furthermore, while using the product Travel Coalition may also collect the IP/URL address of the computer from which your visit is made (for example your Internet Service Provider's server), cookie information, information regarding the pages, links, banners, icons and other parts of a Web site that are accessed or clicked on during a visit to the Web site, information regarding the date, time and duration of your visit, and information you volunteer, e.g., in response to survey requests. A "cookie" is a small line of text that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer when you visit a Web site. The Travel Coalition Service uses a cookie for record-keeping and verification purposes and a cookie helps us provide better service to you. For example, we use a cookie to verify your session and user identification and to track the pages within the Travel Coalition Service that you visited. Your browser should have options to accept, reject or provide you with a notice when a cookie is sent. However, if you disable cookies, you will not be able to use the Travel Coalition Service. Please note that Travel Coalition does not and cannot read cookies set by other websites.

Email address authorization
The Travel Coalition sends service fulfillment status information and alerts to your designated email address(es) that you specify. In addition, Travel Coalition may send you product updates and other non-service specific information only when you specifically request that information be sent to your email address(es).
